I started as a structural engineer. Villanova, 1993. From there, I moved into construction management, worked my way up to VP at Monarc Construction, and spent a decade managing ground-up builds and complex historic renovations.
In 2005, I joined Tenacity Group as Vice President of Development. I oversaw real estate development, design, construction, and property management for a portfolio of over 1,600 apartments. Every project type. Every kind of problem.
In 2011, I founded Bruno Clay Management. We've been doing full-service general contracting and construction management ever since — ground-up builds, occupied renovations, commercial fit-out, multifamily. We deliver on time and on budget. That's not a marketing line. It's how we operate.
I built Ask Jason because people kept asking me questions. Investors who didn't trust their bids. Homeowners who didn't know what they were signing. GCs who hit a wall. Property managers dealing with contractors they couldn't read.
I can help. That's the whole idea.
